| Hope had her baby at 6:30 am this morning. Samuel Toby is a very healthy 8lb 6oz baby boy. Both mommy and baby are doing great! Hopie keeps on saying... he's so cute, he's so cute. Of couse he IS!
I HAVE A NEPHEW!!!!!!! I am sure that Hope and Dave will email out pictures soon. If you want to see em, drop me a note - I'm puting my self in charge of spreading the cuteness... at least until they all come home from the hospital on Wednesday. YIPEE!!! |

| Why I love Austin..... Or, Two Weekends with Britt Daniel.
Yes, thats right. Britt Daniel two weekends in a row. First, I hung out with him at Stubb's where he (and the rest of Spoon) put on a lovely show. It was most definitely one of my best b-day presents (thanks katja!). And then... the next weekend I was at the post office... and who am I hangin out with again... thats right mr. daniel. It was cool... a brush with stardom... although not THAT exciting... cause he's around Austin alot. I stood next to him at a show once. So yeah. That's it. A Xanga post. Aren't you proud of me? |

| So, my Dad is off to Sri Lanka, and Hope should have arrived in Africa by now... it's weird to be the one staying home.. but I am SO proud of them! This is Hope's longest trip over seas and longest time to be away from Dave since they got married... and this is my Dad's first time over seas at all - I would say going to Sri Lanka is doing it right! |

| So, I turned 24 yesturday... my driver's liscence expired. I was very happy to replace my picture from when I was 16 that people sometimes don't believe is me (which has caused some problems).... and went to the DPS to do my civic duty. So, they gave me a little eye exam.... and I couldn't read the stinkin' letters! SHOCK! horror! It's like I turned 24 and boom! old lady.... there goes my eye sight. So yeah, I am going to go to the optomotrist. Could it be true? my eyes are going... whats next? |
